Head of Production & Development

Your Responsibility
In close cooperation with the HQ in Germany, you will work on the development of greases, oils, pastes and sprays. Additionally you will ensure that all stages of production are fulfilled. You bear the personal responsibility for ten employees who help you to assign your tasks. Quality management, project supervision during the laboratory stage and development of the manufacturing processes also belong to your duties. Regular monitoring, adjustment and analysing of the production results are other important elements of your work.
Your Profile
A higher education in chemistry or a related field is required for this position. You can provide experience in a related industry in an international surrounding. Reaching your goals is easy for you by being creative and initiative thinking. You organize the necessary operations independently, define development goals and implement them consequently. Hands on mentality and integrity are your outstanding attributes that make you an example for your co – workers and the upper management. In addition you bring Polish as your mother tongue and fluency in English. Ideally you can also provide profound knowledge of German.
Your Opportunity

Together with your team and the colleagues of the upper management, you take responsibility for the further development of the production in Poland and further eastern European countries (Baltic States, Ukraine).
